J’ai comencé à customiser cette veste et me suis dit que j’allais m’arrêter là, en effet j’ai trouvé l’asymétrie du col intéressante et elle rendait cette veste encore plus atypique.

J’adore m’amuser avec la personnalisation des fringues mais c’est surtout le temps qu’il me manque, alors j’essaie d’en réaliser quand je suis en vacances l’été. Souvenez vous de cette custo t-shirt ici, ce ne sont pas les idées qui me manquent pourtant. Et vous, la custo et autre DIY vous aimez?

Pour celles qui ont deux mains gauches ou carrément deux moignons à la place des mains, ça arrive et c’est loin d’être grave vous avez certainement d’autres atouts, si si. C’est aussi pour cela que j’apprécie le site Mood by Me, vous vous souvenez des boutiques que nous avons ouvert avec Pauline, je vous parlais ici, pas besoin d’aptitudes particulières si ce n’est la force du clic pour imaginer vos pièces. Aujourd’hui je porte un long gilet qui réchauffe ma tenue lorsque je tombe la veste. Le genre de pièce indispensable surtout avec ce temps.

I started to customize this jacket and told myself I’ll stop here. Indeed, I thought cool and interesting the asymmetry of the collar and it made the jacket stand out.

I’m having so much fun customizing clothes but unfortunately I lack time. It’s during the summer holidays that I manage to make most of them. Remember that DIY? The worst is that I have so many ideas! What about you, do you make a lot of DIY?

For those who are not comfortable doing DIY and other customization work, happen to everybody, I’m sure you have other skills. That’s one of the many reasons why I love the website Mood by Me, remember these online shops we opened with Pauline? No need to be skilled in DIY, you only need to be a boss in clicking and choosing the colours, fabrics on the wished items. Today, I’m wearing a long cardigan which keeps me warm if I’m not wearing my jacket. That’s a key-piece one must have in her closet moreover with this weather.

Le reste de la tenue est assez simple, la longue jupe vient de chez American Apparel, depuis que j’ai poussé les portes de cette enseigne aux US j’y retourne régulièrement et je tente certaines pièces élastiquées ou oversizes. Elle me plaît bien cette jupe aux lignes verticales.

Petit focus sur mon bracelet de main, j’en avais repéré un sur Lana Del Rey et Salma Hayek. La créatrice d’Archibald a imaginé une très jolie pièce avec ces onyx, facile à porter, on oublie assez vite que l’on porte un bracelet à ce niveau de la main, il ne tombe pas et il a le mérite d’attirer l’attention ce jour là j’ai eu beaucoup de questions sur ce joli bijou.

The rest of the OOTD is rather simple: the long skirt comes from American Apparel. Since my first visit at this store in the USA, I’ve been a regular customer and bought many stretchy and oversized pieces. I particularly like this long striped skirt.

Let’s focus on my handmade bracelet; I spotted some on Lana Del Rey and Salma Hayek. The designer Archinald imagined a beautiful version with onyx stones: very easy to wear. You definitely forget you’re wearing a bracelet on this part of your hand. No risk of losing it and it draws a lot of attention, got many questions on that lovely jewel.
