La marinière débarque en 1983 chez Jean Paul Gaultier
avec le style Toy Boy
Il faut quand même que je vous montre le look que je portais vendredi dernier pour l’expo Gaultier voyons!
L’occasion ou jamais de sortir ma marinière Jean Paul Gaultier, corporate jusqu’au bout, une manière pour moi de lui signaler que j’aime son travail et que j’aimerai en porter d’avantage (ceci est un message à peine caché).
Cette marinière je la portais lors du shooting “7 jours en Gaultier ” que j’avais réalisé fin 2011 pour la Maison Gaultier. Quelques pièces étaient dispo sur l’e-shop de la marque qui devrait revenir au printemps m’a-t-on soufflé.
Je l’ai associé à ma patineuse en cuir, la jupe qui va avec tout et que je dois m’empêcher de porter tous les jours. Vous avez été nombreuses à m’écrire au sujet de Call me Ponie, la marque de pièces en cuir que nous avons créé avec Pauline. Pour le moment nous avons cessé notre activité, le prix du cuir que nous utilisons est devenu indécent et nous ne voulions pas augmenter nos prix. Fabriquer en France reste pour nous une priorité nous cherchons une solution mais pour le moment Call me Ponie est en sommeil. Je ne manquerai pas, c’est promis, de vous tenir au courant.
A mon cou une des pièces de la créatrice d’Archibald dont je vous ai souvent parlé sur ce blog, d’ailleurs je vous invite à découvrir sa nouvelle collection sur son site ici, je suis hyper fière et contente qu’elle puisse continuer ses créations. Je lui ai toujours prédit un grand avenir et cela se confirme. Moi j’ai déjà quelques coups de coeur pour la collection de cet été, et vous?

I must show you the outfit I was wearing last Friday to the Gaultier exhibition !
In a corporate spirit, I simply had to wear my Jean Paul Gaultier sailor outfit. It was the perfect way to say to Mr. Gaultier how much I love his work and how I wish I could wear more of it (not a subliminal message).
I wore this sailor outfit at the end of 2011 as part of the shooting « 7 days in Gaultier » I did. A few pieces were available on the brand’s e-shop that should be back by spring from what I’ve been told.
I matched it with my ice-skater skirt that simply goes with everything. I have to restrain myself from wearing it every single day. Many of you wrote to my about Call me Ponie, the leather pieces brand we created with Pauline. We have decided to stop our activity at the moment, the price of the leather we use has become indecent and we didn’t want to increase our prices. Offering products made in France is still a priority for us, we are currently looking for a solution and I will of course let you know as soon as we find one.
You can see around my neck one of the pieces from Archibald’s creator. I told you about her many times and I invite you to check out her new collection on her website. I’m so proud and glad that she can keep on working and creating. I’ve always predicted her a big future and it’s about to happen. I’ve already got a few crushes on the summer collection, what about you ?
