A quoi cela sert-il d’avoir une montre
si nous n’avons jamais le temps?
I spent last week-end in Turin. It’s only an hour and a half by plane from Paris , making it the perfect mini break and a nice change of atmosphere.
I’ve told you before how much I love this city, so very little known and yet so attractive. I had such a pleasant week-end, beautiful memories including my baby’s first flight, little Lino just celebrated his 11th month.
Today I present to you the outfit I wore to travel. The white version of the navy jumper I already told you about on this blog, a leatherette pleated skirt and blue black COS derby shoes.
And around my wrist, I present with pride : a swiss watch. This watch sort of makes a link between my homecountry Switzerland and Italy since its design was inspired by an italian study from the genius Leonardo Da Vinci back in the Renaissance days. The famous wheel you can see on the face of this watch.
When you think “swiss watch” you often think “very expensive watch” but what you rarely know is there is many brands that are more affordable and still offer quality watches with a high-end finish and very precise motion. Watches you keep forever, they make such nice gifts.
I discovered the Swiss Made Watches website, it offers a lot of beautiful pieces, all Swiss made of course. With Christmas coming, you may be looking for a beautiful gift so Swiss Made Watches gives you 5% off your purchase using the code leblogdebigbeauty13, you can use it until the end of January 2014.
A few good adresses in Turin here.
Have a good Monday !
